Glenvar Youth Booster General Public Meetings are held every 2nd Sunday (except December)
7:00 PM at the Fort Lewis Fire Department.
2012 meeting dates: February 12, March 11, April 8, May 6, June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11

* As we prepare to start a new year, please consider how you could become involved with Glenvar Youth Boosters in 2012.

 Elections for Board members and Sports Coordinators  will be held March 11th, 2012. Voting will take place at the Ft. Lewis Fire Department between the hours of 1:00pm -4:00pm. 

Some basic information to know while considering a GYB position:

*The Executive Board meets the second Sunday of every month, with the exception of May and December.

*Terms run from April 1 through March 31 each year.

 We would like to invite all interested individuals to attend the January 8th or February 12th meeting.

 Individuals interesting in having their name on the ballot for elections must notify any member of the election committee listed below prior to the February 12th meeting for approval.

A brief written bio should be submitted between the February 12th meeting and March 4th. The bio should be sent to any member of the Election Committee listed above.
